Class Representatives at Shelford

Class Representatives play a vital role in the life of the School. By acting as a crucial link between parents, the Fundraising Committee, the SPA committee and the School, Class Representatives help to create a strong sense of community, which is one of Shelford's core values.

Early each year, once the Class Representative List is finalised for the coming year, there is a briefing session with all Class Representatives, giving an update on School developments and achievements.

The Shelford Newsletter,  Skoolbag and the Calendar are other sources of information, and can be used by parents to promote functions.

For any event organised on School premises, we ask that event forms be completed and submitted to the Development Office.

A Guide for Support Groups has been produced to streamline the organisation of events - Shelford Events Booklet for Support Groups (pdf)
